Sofia AdameProject Coordinator

Sofia Adame, a Mexican immigrant and recent University of Pittsburgh graduate with degrees in Psychology and Anthropology, combines her leadership in Latinx advocacy and international research experience with a strong commitment to addressing femicides and gender-based violence across Latin America.

Amelia LeonardAdministrative Research Assistant

Amelia Leonard, a senior at the University of Pittsburgh studying psychology with a minor in economics, serves as a research and administrative assistant in the CREAR Lab and actively contributes to organizations promoting gender diversity and behavioral science, aligning her academic and professional goals with a commitment to supporting underserved communities.

Ashley LopezLab Manager

Ashley Lopez, a recent NYU graduate with a B.A. in Psychology with Honors and an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, brings experience as a Project Coordinator at the West Interpersonal Perception Lab and is passionate about researching how social support influences academic and workplace outcomes for minoritized communities, with plans to pursue a PhD.
